I get rid of spam through Tools - Message Rules etc by typing in the
"subject line" or "in message body".
This doesn't work for Herbal Vivid which comes in several times a day. I
think it may be because it comes as a picture not as a typed message. Can't
block sender as it seems to be a different sender each time. What should I
do please? Geopelia ( a female!)

Yes, I have tried that using "Herbal Vivid" and other words from the
picture. It doesn't work for me. I'll try a longer sentence from the ad next
time. Perhaps the senders will see my post and realise they are barking up
the wrong tree!
Thank you. Geopelia

You CANNOT use words from a picture. They MUST be in
the subject line, or in the body (TEXT) of the message.

Install and configure "popfile" from usethesource.net. It may seem a bit
complicated at first, but there is a step by step walkthrough that will have
you up and running in 5 minutes. Once you have the program set up you can
train it to sort spam from regular email. Takes time but works like a
charm.
