We are 3 grad students (2 males/1female) looking for a new roomate
(male or female).
The house is big: kitchen/dining room, living room, 4 bedrooms (very
spacious with closet), a huge basement (convenient for storage and with a
ping-pong table!), a big yard with a nice big wooden deck.
One of the bedroom will be available in January 2004. The bedroom is on
the first floor. It has a big closet and 2 windows with view on the woods
and the backyard.
We are looking for someone easy-going, male or female, preferably a grad
student.
Last details you may like to know:
- Facilities: dishwasher, washer, dryer.
- Location: behind Puffer's Pond, very quiet area close the golf course, on
the Robert Frost trail.
- Price: 350$ / month, worth it!
- Utilities: electricity: ~18$/month, TV(satelite): 17$/month, phone:
~12$/month, heating (fuel): ~20/30$ for winter months, ~5$ for summer months
(very good isolation!).
