The Sunshine Village Ski and Snowboard School is currently recruiting for the position of
<b>Sales Desk Supervisor</b> for the upcoming 2003/2004 ski season. This position will
start on October 15 2003 and finish around the end of May 2004. Reporting directly to the
Ski and Snowboard School Director, the Sales Desk Supervisor oversees all day-to-day
operations of our multiple points of sale system to ensure easy access for our guests to our
wide range of services. The Supervisor is responsible for hiring, training, and managing staff,
ordering supplies, and managing payroll and daily receipts.
<u>Qualifications</u>
<ul>
<li>Mature skier or snowboarder</li>
<li>Previous experience in human resource management and customer service</li>
<li>Computer literacy and excellent keyboarding skills are required</li>
<li>Previous experience using computerized reservations and scheduling software</li>
</ul>
Note: Foreign applicants must have VISA that will be valid during the time period of October
15th 2003 to May 31 2004 in order to be considered for this position.
