ADOBE ACROBAT WINDOWS 14 CONVERTING POWERPOINT TO PDF

I am currently having a problem when trying to convert a Powerpoint presentation to a PDF.


The original size of the powerpoint file is 645kb but after converting it to PDF it blows it out to 1.6mb.


I have tried the same file and process on another pc and find its OK.

Any suggestions?

You will need to provide a lot of info that you said nothing about. First, what version of Acrobat are you using, and OS. What settings file are you using (Screen, Print, Press)? Do you have a lot of graphics? Are you using many different fonts? What are the steps you are using to create the PDF. If you are using the Adobe ICON, try printing to the Acrobat Distiller printer (AA5) or Adobe PDF printer (AA6) and see if that helps. If so, explore the PDFMaker options in PPT.
