Has anyone come across this problem? I'm running Windows 2000 Pro and Adobe Acrobat 6.0. I just purchased and HP OfficeJet 7100 series all-in-one. When you attempt to scan; you can select the 'scan to' button but Adobe isn't one of the options to choose. When you access the 'scan to list' under settings, Adobe is not listed and there is no option to add it to the list.

If anyone finds a solution to this problem, that would be great.

Similar probs with HP PSC 1210 all-in-one under Win XP. Used the HP scrubber to get an absolutely clean install, the latest HP drivers, installed the 6.0.1 patch. But, when I ask Acrobat to create a pdf from scanner, it tries to re-install the drivers, and eventually fails. The only way I am able to scan with this device under 6.0 is to select the WIA option, with less control over the process.

Basic dilemna: Scanner works fine with other software (like Word) - so not HP's problem; Acrobat works fine with other scanner (like Canon LIDE) - so not Adobe's problem.

Anyone successful in using these popular HP all-in-ones with 6.0?
