ADOBE ACROBAT WINDOWS 81 GRAYSCALE AS DEFAULT FOR PDF WRITER

I was wondering if there was any way to change the default under color/writer to Color instead of Grayscale when creating a PDF with PDF Writer (Acrobat 5.0)? I know that it is color with Acrobat Distiller.
