Hi,
I'm using After Effects 5.5.1 with the plug-in Re:Vision Fieldskit Deinterlacer.
A few months ago I developed a project where I used this plug-in a lot. I just used it the way it is usually used, having 2 layers in one comp, where one is the video itself (hidden) and the other is a solid layer with the effect applied (the video is reference through the plug-in parameter for that).
Now I'm trying to do the same in other project. I went through all the necessary steps but when I reference the video layer on the Deinterlacer plug-in, the solid layer turns semi transparent and in a pinkish color. The most strange thing is that if I import the older project and copy->paste the solid layer to the new comp (the one where the problem lies), all seems to work ok.
Could my AE be corrupted so that it isn't creating the solid layers properly? Or am I missing something here?
If someone is willing to help me I can make the project file available if ones want to take a look.
Best regards,
Norberto
