Running AE5.5 Pro on XP
I have a movie file as my background of an actor pretending to press the screen. When they press text appears on the screen. This is to cause the illusion the actor is press the tv screen and activating a menu on the tv screen. The problem is there seems to be no sense of distance between the actor and the text, and so it looks like they are all in the same space.
I have put the movies 3d param on as well as the texts. I have moved the z axis for all the text menus forward from the movie background containing the actor, I have also added a camera.
When I make this comp into movie. (quicktime) it has no sense of depth!
Can anyone help, am I doing something stupid as usual.
Please help as you always do!
