Subject: Importing Corel files with Pantones turn to black in CS?

Hi,

When I try to import a Corel 9.0 file, which is solely Pantone colour, into Illustrator CS -the entire illustration turns to Black.

Does anyone know if this can be solved, or does the Corel document have to be saved as an AI file first ?

Also - can anyone tell me if Illustrator has the ability to provide corresponding Pantone colour for a given CMYK colour? I know I can convert a Pantone to CMYK - but I need to be able to convert CMYK colours to Pantone - I've searched everywhere ???
