I've replaced my PageMaker with ID CS some time ago. I'm wondering about something though.

I have a question about that PageMaker Plug-in. Does anyone know if it's going to solve my issues converting PM files to ID if I have my company buy that thing?

The trouble I am currently seeing when converting is the files with placed EPS images as inline graphics are being placed about 4 or 5 spaces back from the original insertion point. In addition this placement after the conversion replaces the character that was once in that place and the insertion point where the image once was becomes doubled. Doubled meaning, if I press the arrow key on the keyboard until the cursor stops at the point in which the figure anchor once was I could press of the arrow key once more and it stays in the same place. A third press of arrow key will move the cursor to the next character space.

Example:

Original Here is my text and my (figure anchor with[image]) is here.

Converted Here is my text an[image] my (double figure anchor) is here.

The conversions are the same.
