Hi,

What's a quick way of adding a drop shadow to a duotone eps file, one that falls behind/follows the image shape as opposed to the bounding box/white background. I presume this is because eps files don't support transparency.

I suppose I could add the spot ink to a greyscale tiff, but it's not quite the same, and I'd like to know how to achieve this with an eps.

Using: ID CS, Win 2000

Thanks!

Forget the EPS. Go back to Photoshop and save as PSD with a transparent background. Place that in ID.

Note for ID 2.0 users...this won't work there. You'll need to create a clipping path in Photoshop, save as EPS and apply the clipping path in ID 2.0.
