Hi all. Ive created 2 pages (one each, A4 size, CMYK) in Photoshop. I then export it to Indesign (CMYK), and this is the only way i can do double print jobs (cant do that in Photoshop). But the quality is rather disappointing - the colour is much darker, no where near as sharp as the original in Photoshop. Is there some sort of way to improve the quality of these PDS files in Indesign when printing? thx

Export how, do you mean Export to PDF and place in InDesign?
From what I understand, you are supposed to export to PDF first. Otherwise your fonts may appear jagged and your image may appear noticeably poor.

First of all, if there is text in those files, save as PDF with fonts embedded and all vectors retained. Turn off layers. If there's no text, you can save as PSD.

As for color, make sure that color management is turned on in Photoshop and InDesign and that the settings are identical in both.

Yes, Robert is right, I had forgotten that it is the Save as command not Export.
