Jodi, drop the kids here on your way to Grant's, I got just about every video game consoles there is, plus 250 game cartridges (and CDs). Two computers, two cameras, 200 and DVDs (and many "children" titles like Shrek,
Ice Age), an RC car, and a hell of other stuff they'll be playing with, I'm sure (kept some Lego blocks, wax crayons, etc.) :)

Chuck,

No good bread in Florida or Georgia either. (corn bread or biscuits in Ga,
store bread in Fl :(

Oh yeah, one exception is cuban bread. Long skinny loaves that are light with a nice crust.

Grant Well, I'm not surprised that you,re a great cook. Here's the recipe (Not a thread Heaven forbid, but a handy backup-can be elegant.

Serves 4 but adjust.
4 Atlantic Salmon cutlets 4 Tbs butter 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice 1 cup chicken or fish stock 1 tsp grated orange rind 1/2 cup white wine
Poach salmon cutlets in stock, orange juice, orange rind and wine for about 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes when tested with fork. (Don't overcook)

Remove fish from poaching liquid and keep warm. Reduce poaching liquid to 1 cup.
Strain and return to heat. Whisk in butter until it melts and forms a smooth sauce.

I think it's only reasonable to keep this thread focused on PE2 that each of you chefs include a photo of your receipe. That way all of us can enjoy your creations even more. :-0..... (I'm drooling)

Ray, I don't know what the heck he is talking about. Big Day...hmmmm, nope, not ringing any bells over here. Am I going to win the lottery ? Am I going to meet Harrison Ford ?? You got me stumped.

Chuck, my 40th birthday ? Is that what you are getting at ? Numbers don't mean anything to me. I rarely remember my age when people ask. I do have goals so with every hope in my heart ...in the year 2004 I'll be flying ;)
