I'm looking at the Pentax Optio's sample pictures at http://www.steves-digicams.com/2003_reviews/optio33l_samples.html
Nice effect on the second picture. As I don't own that particular camera, I wonder if is it possible to create this effect with any color picture on PS Elements 2.0.
