Thank you very much for your help. Sorry to say that Iīcan be able to resolv my problem. I forgot to say that Iīve a Soltek Mainboard. I donīt know if this motherboard have any problem with Photoshop or if I need any special configuration in BIOS.

Read the FAQ. You have defective hardware somewhere in your system.
