I'm looking for a minimum 4 port Router/Switch/Hub to share an adsl
connection (through Billion BPC-711 ethernet router/modem) and a colour
laser ethernet printer (Xerox Phaser 360) between 2 pc's (winXP and win98)
on a home-office network.
I also need one NIC for the win98 machine.
If you have something that might meet my needs, please get in touch on
usenet(at)berlinit.com (obviosly replace the (at) with @no-spam ). Email only
replies please - I wont receive your reply if you respond only to NG.
Also, I have a Efficient Networks Speedstream USB modem that i might
consider trading for something like:-
Netgear FR314 Cbl/DSL Firewall/Router/Switch or NETGEAR RP614 cable/DSL
Web Safe router gateway
Cheers,
Greg
PS: I'm located in Melbourne, Inner East. Can pick up from nearby or work
out other payment options.
