The USa military has and uses "electronic ears" these can hone in on
and target with extreme accuracy a humane voice, this voice can also
be used to identify victim
Another thing the USa has an endless supply of is bombs. In this case
Daisy Cutters. They also were able to allow Bin Laden to squawk for
help the cave temperature was heating up. This enticed his hired
rabble to be picked off in their attempt to get to Bin Laden

After being hit by a daisy cutter bomb there is nothing much to find.
Bin Ladens voice was confirmed as genuine, he is definitely dead died
horribly in a cave
