Its very rare that get to an opportunity to speak to anyone within Australia
who has an advanced Torah/Kabbalistic knowledge. However this week I had
occasion to exchange email with one of Australia's finest, Rabbi Laibl Wolf
who was recommended to me by the Jewish Museum of Australia.
I eagerly sought him out and in responding to his questions about myself and
where my interest stemmed from, my past/present spiritual orientation etc, I
presented to him my expansion of my favourite author Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan's
view of the magic square matrix [See:
http://www.users.bigpond.net.au/telos/kabbalah/patent.html#AXIOM4 ] and its
chronological relationship to the creation of the world and to which I have
articulated as underpinning the Letters Patent to the Australian
Constitution.
Within his book titled, "The Light Beyond - Adventures in Hassidic Thought",
Rabbi Kaplan discusses the Kedushath Levi's view which connects directly to
my interpretation of the 9(9² +1)/2 = 369 {52W5D or 9 x 41} days matrix
which I have synchronised with Australia's geodesic 28 year solar eclipse
cycle {Solar eclipse on 23 Nov, 2003, but particularly 4 Dec 2002 & 25 Nov,
2030} as follows:
AXIOM #10 as Totality of Nature [Zayin {7+10+50 = 67 /#4}]
- Engendering Nature (#7 - Telos Topical year/day solar eclipse Monday
25 December, 2000 + 6 days = 122J3W1D : 6,000 / 666 = 9.009 ... (6
remaining)) ... 9(92 +1)/2 = 369 {52W5D or 9 x 41} days with center #41 Mem
= Thursday, 13 September, 2001 [#41 #41/(#41 - Playing with Reversal; cf:
vKabbalah JavaScript Class for Microsoft Internet Explorer Vsn 6.0) Hebrew
Calendar: {4 x 91 [30+30+31] Quarters (364 days : 1092 / 3 = 364 days)} + 5
CHAD? 354 day lunar year x 3 years = 1062 + 30 day month = 1092 days : 1092
/ 369 = 2 x 369 + 354 as typical lunar year & 9(92 +1)/2 {52W5D} - 3(32
+1)/2 {2W1D} = 354 as typical lunar year; For example:
{385 days} 29 Sept, 2000
{353 days} 17 Sept, 2001 +
{354 days} 6 Sept, 2002 +
{385 days} 26 Sept, 2003 = 1092 days.
Thus if the equation Telos {122J3W1D} = Arch {0} + c2 representing the
decade sequence, is then further synchronized with a topical solar eclipse
occurring solar 4 leap year and lunar 19 leap year cycle:
The usual equinox on 21 March within the Gregorian year 1996 as 1 Nissan,
5756 commences a reprise cycle of the 19 year lunar cycle. [Where each 19
year lunar cycle consists of 12 years x 12 lunar months each and 7 years x
13 lunar months each for a total of 235 lunar months. Of the 19 year cycle,
years 3, 6, 8, 11, 14, 17, 19 are considered to be leap years of 13 months
each. And to which a 30 day month known as Adar I, is inserted immediately
after the Hebrew month of Sh'vat {ie. the Hebrew year 5757 / 19 = 303 is
thus a lunar leap year} in the February/March {ie. 1997} period of the
Gregorian calendar year following.]
1997/5757 {Wednesday},
1998/5758 {Thursday},
1999/5759 {Friday},
2000/5760 {Saturday} + Solar Eclipse Monday 25 December, 2000 + 6 days of
the Topical {365.242198781} Year.
21 March 2015 {1 Nissan, 5775 = Reprise of 19 year lunar cycle}
21 March 2034 {1 Nissan, 5794 = Reprise of 19 year lunar cycle}
He says, "There are two opinions in the Talmud, 'One says that the world was
created in the month of Nissan {{#13, #12, #29 - Deeming/ Non-Assertion},
and one says that the world was created in the month of Tishri on Rosh
HaShanah {which in the year 2001 began on Tuesday, 18th September, 2001 as
the apogee of the 6,000 year Genesis creation reprise principle.}
As you may see, my Matrix interpretation {
9(92 +1)/2 = 369 {52W5D or 9 x 41} days with center #41 Mem = Thursday, 13
September, 2001 [#41 #41/(#41 - Playing with Reversal; cf: vKabbalah
JavaScript Class for Microsoft Internet Explorer Vsn 6.0
http://www.users.bigpond.net.au/telos/kabbalah/vkabbalah.html )
} is in complete agreement with him. That these two opinions actually do
not contradict each other. He goes on to say, "The main goal of creation
was actually that God should be able to delight in Israel {He that sees God,
He that prevails with God} in His world.
God has such delight when we do His will, recognise his greatness, and full
understand that everything was created for his glory.
The physical creation of the world took place in Tishrei {1st Rosh
HaShanah}. And this is something that even Mr. George W. Bush as President
of the United States of America, has acknowledged by publicly commenting
within the news media on the claim that this day--Wednesday 19 September,
2001 {2nd Rosh HaShanah}--was significant and recognized as the Creation Day
of the World by some religious communities of faith. according to my
studies, he seems to have been right on the button.
Rabbi Kaplan goes on to say, "At that time, the reason for its creation was
not known. It was not revealed until Nissan {3W1D - Nature amended in its
Nature / Nature contains Nature}, when God brought Israel out of Egypt.
Everyone then saw that God is the Master of the universe, that He created
all worlds, and that He alone is to be worshipped."
Indeed I said to Rabbi Wolf that I was able to distinguish between the
historical Chaldean interpretation given to Hebrew letters and have
developed my own chronological perspective which I provided to the Americans
prior to 11 September, 2001 as the transcendental basis by which they might
respond to religious fundamentalism--I am aware that Adolf Hitler may also
have attempted to deploy this architecture {ie. HRUMACHIS as the key to the
cypher change and the name of Akhenaten's High Priest} as his attempts to
annihilate the Jews.
It was therefore in the month of Nissan that the reason for creation was
made known, namely, that God's Essence should be revealed in the world. For
this was the purpose of creation.
And strangely it was at this time (actually 20 March, 2003) that the war on
Iraq started.

Dolf, you do realise it's against Bigpond's AUP to crosspost
garbage like this to a heap of different newsgroups don't
you? Unfortunately Bigpond don't really seem to care about
people breaching their AUP as you've been doing it for ages
despite multiple complaints made by many people.
Everyone who is sick of Dolf's crap may want to consider
forwarding his posts to abuse@no-spam they'll
probably ignore you but perhaps if they get enough
complaints about this moron they may do something.

You've just fessed up to having committed a federal crime under
the federal crimes act. Your ISP may not be too thrilled about that.
You're always welcome to killfile anyone you dont choose to read.
Date: Sun, 29 Jun 2003 17:23:38 +0800
The problem being that Dolf forwards complaints to the ISP
of every person who doesn't agree with him. So as far as I'm
concerned anyone else has the right to do exactly the same
to him. And he IS spamming, which is against his ISP's AUP,
and he IS initiating crossposted threads to non-related
newsgroups in a very big way, which is also against his
ISP's AUP, and he HAS continuously made slanderous comments
about other parties (not the least of which was accusing AXA
Australia of perjury) which is also against his ISP's AUP.
He's happy enough to complain about others, he's happy
enough to pollute these newsgroups, so I'm happy enough to
give him and Telstra a dose of his own medicine. I say good
on Tess for making a complaint, the loser shouldn't think
he's the only one with the ability to do so, and she wont be
the only one complaining about him.
I say heaps to many people, and cop heaps from many people,
but that's the nature of usenet and should be left as such,
but Dolf is a different kettle of fish, he is a litigation
fan (and seems to have failed on every turn of the wheel)
and also likes to make vexacious complaints against other
people to their ISP's, it's about time his ISP heard all
about him.
Perhaps when his own tactics are used against him he might
think twice next time. But then again, maybe not. Telstra
(which is strange for the company running the
telecommunication infrastructure of this country) don't seem
to care about breaches of their AUP and ignore all
complaints as far as I've seen. My ISP actually bothered to
chase up Dolf's complaints but dropped them after I
explained the nature of Dolf, obviously they actually back
their AUP (and 10 points for that, if all ISP's did this we
wouldn't have losers like Dolf and Strider wrecking our
newsgroups), Telstra don't seem to.

As a former member of the Victoria Police who experienced the epi-centre of
the Russell Street Police Centre Bombing of 1986, my public conduct on the
Internet with regards to responding and negating issues of religious
fundamentalism and extremism which give rise to acts of terrorism such as
September 11, 2001 and Bali of October 12, 2002 has been entirely
appropriate--It is a true claim that I make in my post concerning:
1) Mr. George W. Bush as President of the United States of America,
acknowledgement by publicly commenting within the news media concerning
Wednesday 19 September, 2001 as actions with which I'm associated.
2) I am aware that Adolf Hitler may also have attempted to deploy this
architecture {ie. HRUMACHIS as the key to the cypher change and the name of
Akhenaten's High Priest} as his attempts to annihilate the Jews.
As a result of continuing and over the past 7 years being subject to
Internet based religious liabel and slander which can stay around for many
years, I have on 27 July, 2003 received a new birth certificate as change of
name from Dolf Boek.
I have made every effort to disassociate myself from the unrelenting and
vicious characterizations made upon the Internet, not the least of which has
been promulgated by "Hunter1" <hunter1@no-spam> and "Rod Speed"
<rod_speed@no-spam> as miscreates seem to empathise with such ideology as
expressed in para (2) above--There is no evidence by their Internet
contributions that they are committed to making the world a better and
kinder place.
As an added incentive to dissuade him from making further unwanted
contributions to my discussion threads, I have copied this repsonse to his
Internet Service Provider: abuse@no-spam
It is the fact that this individual, along with others have made my 18+
years of HIV status such public property, that I will no longer be able to
work again--there is just simply too much prejudice within the workplace.
Various indications have been made to several newsgroups in which I have
participation, that as far a psychopathic and sychophantic inidividuals such
as Hunter1 <hunter1@no-spam> {ie. Don't be fooled into believing that
their comments are in any way benevolent--they never have been} are concernd
that I do not desire to receive or have necessity to receive messages from
them, which along with others serially disrupt EVERY post I make to the
newsgroups--I now have zero tolerance of them.
If they have no intention of participation within the subject which is
capable of being inclusive of all within the distribution list, then they
should refrain from hate speech. I therefore wish to lodge a complaint of
harassment, which cannot be within the terms and conditions of the uses
Internet Service Provider Agreement to which I am bound as much as they.
I think it time to terminate his account as my conduct is within acceptable
parameters and I should not have to be subject to this every day.

Perfectly legal. Thats just his opinions,
terminally stupid tho they may well be.

Soorree, our constitution guarantees free speach.
You get to like that or lump that.

Your ISP may well have a problem with your federal crimes.

Litigation terminal fruit loop, actually.

In your pathetic little drug crazed dreams.

classic example of AIDS induced insanity.

They do understand the law on that stuff.
They know that that stuff in their AUP is pure
bluff that only works with the legally pig ignorant.
If they took any action they would be getting involved
in a federal crime. Even Telstra aint THAT stupid.

Yep, as they should.

One of these days they're gunna try it with someone
who does understand the law and they're gunna end
up with their arse in a sling, very spectacularly indeed.

There's a reason Telstra has entire floors stuffed with legals.

You're just making a clown of yourself dolf, unlike yourself
I'm acting well within the AUP of my ISP. You on the other
hand are not, and as it seems more and more people are
complaining to Telstra about you they may eventually get off
their hands and get rid of you. And then we'll only have
strider to contend with, and what a shame that'll be. Night
night dolf. 8]

As may be observed from "Rod Speed" <rod_speed@no-spam> independent
comments below, he completely refutes the accusations publicly made by
"Hunter1" <hunter1@no-spam>.
I shall continue forward copies of my objections to their characterisations,
until my complaint of religious vilification, human and constitutional
rights violations against the Mark Capecchi, Peter Riddell as former
employees and representatives of AXA Global (Australia) Group Insurance, the
Victoria Police and Diane Sisley as Chief Executive Officer of the Equal
Opportunity and Human Rights Commission are more adequately dealt with by a
court of law, rather than by a visully impaired judicatory with such a
narrow and constrained worldview as to be a mockery of justice.
It is the fact that this individual, along with others have made my 18+
years of HIV status such public property, that I will no longer be able to
work again--there is just simply too much prejudice within the workplace:
This statementa made by <rod_speed@no-spam> is defamatory, harassment and
in breach of the terms and conditions of his Internet Service Agreement:
"Corse it wont. Even you must have noticed that he's completely out of his
fucking tree, and absolutely classic example of AIDS induced insanity."

Night

They do understand the law on that stuff.
They know that that stuff in their AUP is pure
bluff that only works with the legally pig ignorant.
If they took any action they would be getting involved
in a federal crime. Even Telstra aint THAT stupid.

Yep, as they should.

One of these days they're gunna try it with someone

up with their arse in a sling, very spectacularly indeed.

You're always welcome to use a killfile so

Because they understand the legal basics, even if your ISP doesnt.
There's a reason Telstra has entire floors stuffed with legals.

Go for your life buddy, if you keep making a fool of
yourself in that manner you'll probably start getting
complaints direct from my ISP in addition to myself and
about a half dozen other SCA users to Telstra.

Thank you, a complete and blatant lie. That should come in
handy, I think they call it slander in the legal world. In
fact I didn't know that you were HIV (it doesn't seem to
shut you up though) positive until you ranted it out all
over Usenet you fool, I think that was one of those times
where you popped in and lied to everyone claiming you were
never going to post in here and bother us with your crap
again. Your memory failing as well is it?

Oh, by the way Dolf, you might have realised by now, if you
rub your head really hard, that ArachNet really aren't going
to be interested in what a user from another ISP posting
from Yahoo has said to you. Perhaps you should see a reality
counsellor, because you don't seem to have much of a grip on
it (reality that is) at all.

Oh really??? Just for example he's done the same with this
very post I'm replying to, and every other post not agreeing
with him in this thread. Seems you didn't have a good look
before you leaped on that one.

Yep, he is spitting his religious garbage out to as many
newsgroups (most of which his posts are not applicable to)
as he can remember how to spell, so at the very least he is
trolling, but considering he is pretty much marketing his
own self-tailored religious-views I'm happy to call it
spamming, but either way both are a pain in the arse

Who said it was illegal??? It breaches his AUP however.

Yawn. See above.

Actually that's a shadowy area, the courts are still finding
their way when it comes to the internet and many interesting
things have happened and will continue to happen in this
area. But legalities aside it breaches his AUP. He is making
multiple vexacious complaints against other users,
turn-about is fair play, and when it comes to complaining
about Dolf the complaints aren't even vexacious, they're
perfectly legitimate.
>>(not the least of which was accusing AXA Australia of perjury)

It doesn't seem to work so well then. Anti-racial
vilification laws, arrest for disorderly conduct due to
swearing, court suppression of people speaking about things,
libel/slander litigation on a daily basis. It appears that
guarantee that you speak of is very flimsy at best.

I'm not relying on his coherence at all (because there is no
coherence there), I was hoping Telstra would just get sick
of hearing about him. But then they don't seem to give a
shit what he does.

Funny, Telstra have done it in the past, at least to two
people I know of. They just don't seem too interested these
days.

Agreed, but that's far too technological for dolf's limited
understanding. I'd be happy to just ignore the loser, but
since he feels the need to continuously launch complaints
and legal proceedings against people I reckon throwing the
same shit back at him is fair play.

Must not have stopped them with those they have taken action
against.

The worst it can be claimed to be is inappropriate
crossposting. Different matter entirely.

Perfectly legal, fool. And if he believes that drivel he spews,
it aint even trolling, its just the mindless spew of an individual
with a VERY tenuous grip on its sanity. Just like with most
of the worst of the rabid religious fanatics.

Another lie. You get no say what so ever on
what is allegedly a breach of his ISP's AUP.
And you flout the federal crimes act when you
do precisely what you whine about him doing.

Its perfectly legal to be terminally stupid. In spades with those who
have a VERY tenuous grip on their sanity due to their medical condition.

I wasnt the one proclaiming on that stupid line about 'think twice' fool.
If you havent even noticed that its got a VERY tenuous
grip on its sanity, and that that sort of attack is MUCH
more likely to just produce more of the same in response...
The only thing that will stop it is a padded cell with no
net access, or one of those funky canvas jackets with
extremely long sleeves and the fools in charge of those
hardly ever bother to use them anymore.
So you get to like it or lump it when terminal fruit

This is a complaint of Misuse, Slanderous Characterisations and Continued
Public Harasmment by "Rod Speed" <rod_speed@no-spam>.
As a result of continuing and over the past 7 years being subject to
Internet based religious liabel and slander which can stay around for many
years, I have on 27 July, 2003 received a new birth certificate as change of
name from Dolf Boek.
I have made every effort to disassociate myself from the unrelenting and
vicious characterizations made upon the Internet, not the least of which has
been promulgated by "Rod Speed" <rod_speed@no-spam> as a miscreate--There
is no evidence by their Internet contributions that they are committed to
making the world a better and kinder place.
As an added incentive to dissuade him from making further unwanted
contributions to my discussion threads, I have copied this response to his
respective Internet Service Provider: abuse@no-spam abuse@no-spam
Given these past experiences of individual & institutional religious-values
based slander (much of it public) has in the instance of a diseased state,
resulted in loss of autonomy, famility bonds, long term relationships,
employment opportunities and societal excoriation, I begin to wonder why I
have to put up with it day after day--I have every intention of seeking to
make retrospective legal claims against the individuals such
<rod_speed@no-spam> for the public acts of vilification perpetuated and
which have the potential for a long life on the Internet.

I wasnt the one proclaiming on that stupid line about 'think twice' fool.
If you havent even noticed that its got a VERY tenuous

more likely to just produce more of the same in response...
The only thing that will stop it is a padded cell with no

[arach.net.au #69805 and #69806] apply and the content of which had not been
forwarded to the newsgroup.
As a result of continuing and over the past 7 years being subject to
Internet based religious liabel and slander which can stay around for many
years, I have on 27 June, 2003 received a new birth certificate as change of
name from Dolf Boek.
I have made every effort to disassociate myself from the unrelenting and
vicious characterizations made upon the Internet, not the least of which has
been promulgated by "Hunter1" <hunter1@no-spam> as a miscreate--There
is no evidence by their Internet contributions that they are committed to
making the world a better and kinder place.
As an added incentive to dissuade him from making further unwanted
contributions to my discussion threads, I have copied this response to his
respective Internet Service Provider: abuse@no-spam
Given these past experiences of individual & institutional religious-values
based slander (much of it public) has in the instance of a diseased state,
resulted in loss of autonomy, famility bonds, long term relationships,
employment opportunities and societal excoriation, I begin to wonder why I
have to put up with it day after day--I have every intention of seeking to
make retrospective legal claims against the individuals such "Hunter1"
<hunter1@no-spam> for the public acts of vilification perpetuated and
which have the potential for a long life on the Internet.
