Some poor guy probably spent tens of thousands of dollars (and hours)
lovingly retsoring it and she was smart enough to avoid both by buying
it from him for market cost which, if it was a full restoration, was
probably far less than he paid in time and bits and pieces.
Young single women are often hard workers and smart investors and some
have exceptional taste in cars.
