No event, sinister or glorious, large or small, 'waits to happen'.
Man's brain is required to make events happen. This was a well
planned, well executed event, with a response that was beyond
expectations. It took cunning, brilliance, patience, and hard work.
This event was not perpetrated by people such as you, sitting there
late in the evenings with spittle dribbling over your keyboard as
you spew your hate and bile. It took people who would, for whatever
their reasons, work long and hard at their plans.
