All the metropolitan LPONs are 1 watt. I think the rural ones are 5 watt.
There are some high powered narrowcasters around, but they're HPON.
Melbourne's commercial ethnic broadcasters have this sort of licence.
when i obtained the lience for melbourne it cost me $29..... I had 300 of them,
slight cost increase

I wish I sold my Yeppoon Qld licence for a little more then I did. I had it
on air for around 3mths from a friends place. I will never forget the day I
knocked on the door of a guys house which was right on top of the highest
hill in Yeppoon and asked if I could put up a 5/8 wave vertical and a link
antenna and he basically told me to F%$k off :) funny story now
