Oh yes wonderfull memories. I had one of those "flags". I think i called it 'fuckwit'. only used it on one guy - he was special.

I used this flag delete a certain file in the Client software directory. this file contained the dial up phone numbers for all his connections. so everytime he goes to dial in he has to create the connection again - marvellous.
