Position: Natural Programmer

Skills: Six years experience in programming and system analysis/design
using NATURAL2, ADABAS, TSO and OS/MVS JCL.
Extensive analysis work and demonstrated ability to work
independently, with minimal direction.
Experience in effective written and verbal communications
with people of all technical levels.
Experience in giving and following technical instructions.
Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment.
One year TWCC mainframe environment programming.
One year CONSTRUCT experience.
Scope: The client requires one or more Natural Programmers to perform
analysis, programming and maintenance services as required of
selected applications. Perform requirements, file, program,
system and specifications analysis. Perform programming (batch &
online) and maintenance services. Perform unit and system testing.
Participate in peer review, user QA testing, file creation,
modification and implementation. Mentor and provide knowledge
transfer to project team. Transfer knowledge of processes to both
technical and functional staff. Other duties as assigned.
