It is when there's no public access, and is all owned by the community.
They dredge muck up from the Everglades environment to create building lots.
Canals and such lakes allow boating, fishing, etc., even well inland from the ocean or gulf. Just gotta watch for 'gators.

Bugs. Florida has zillions. Arizona has a few at high elevations, but almost none in Phoenix.

I'm not a junkie and nor was my mother, Hammond. And, unlike you, I have friends.

Stop denying it, Hammond.

That's why I have my 14 year old to it. He changes to mowing after the weed-whacking is finished.

You never had a nice hot bowl of cream of wheat? It's like oatmeal but instead made with wheat meal. Some people like to add a dollop of butter on top, but I like mine with blueberries and maybe a sprinkle of sugar or maple syrup. It's good in front of the fire on a chilly night. Sharing silly stories with the one you love, while getting a slow but comfortable blow job from her better looking sister.

My grandfather's little factory made those, along with many other war-time contractors. He made M-1 bayonets, too....

Our wheat has to have cream added. (if that's what you want) it does not naturally cream
itself.

Do you eat the flourmeal as well, or just pick the blueberrys and sugar off the top?

The sales are fine until your government blocks them, then both buyer and seller get
titchy - the problem is that your government is farmer socialist.
