DESCRIPTION
Concrete Block and Paver manufacturing operations in AZ, FL, IL, OH, PA and VA are seeking<br>take-charge, hands-on individuals to become part of plant management teams. As a General Manager,<br>you will have the chance to perform management activities related to safety, compliance, production, operation, maintenance, financial management, quality assurance and employee training. If you enjoy the satisfaction that comes from working with the industry leader, and the challenge of running a major operation, with safety being the primary concern. Additional career opportunities at all manufacturing levels are also available for supervisors and machine operators.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced concrete block and paver manufacturing environment, have manufacturing experience, preferably in masonry or similar environment, and possess a two or four-year degree in mechanical, civil, or industrial engineering. We will consider equivalent prior experience as a substitute for education requirement. Must be able to work<br>1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts, and be open to future relocation. Demonstrated leadership ability, with strong communications skills, is a must! Experience with Besser, Columbia or Masa equipment is a strong plus.
