REQUIREMENTS
RECENT FREESTANDING CHAIN RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ONLY - Experience as a Manager in a full service, full liquor, systemized set menu operation in a high volume environment ($3m++). Stable, progressive resume that *averages* at least 2 years per employer in last 5 positions.
