the upper low is moving slowly east over the great basin as a large ridge expands over the east pacific. a warming trend will begin today as the low moves out...just a few degrees warmer today...then back to near normal temperatures by wednesday...and most valley locations near 100 by thursday...as the high takes position overhead. the current sunny and slightly warmer forecast for today looks ok and no update is anticipated at this time.

.hnx...none.
