I read this in alt.humor.best-of-usenet.d, written by Jeffrey Kaplan:

The application I am using to respond to your message allows *almost
complete* control of the body and headers of this message. What I can't do
within the context of the application can be done to the message's raw file.
This includes pasting the body and headers of an email message.
Is this sufficient?
