Title: Senior Systems Eng - RF/EW
Salary range: $75-125k + bonus + excellent benefits
Direct-Hire Position
Senior System Engineer - Electronic Warfare "EW"
You will be responsible for the concept development, system design, trade study analysis and performance evaluation for next generation of countermeasure decoys to protect aircrafts against missile threats. Candidate will lead multi-disciplined teams of engineers in the execution of advanced technology. Use analytical and computational tools to evaluate anticipated design performance, derivation of EW system requirements, trade-offs that lead to state-of-the-art EW systems solutions and prediction of system effectiveness. Will also establish test plans and procedures for integration and verification testing and provide technical support to business development, including presentations to potential customers and proposal preparation.
BS/MS EE or Physics required with a minimum of 4+ yrs of defense related work. Must have experience in Radar, EW and the direct application of RF and IR missile seeker theory to design and performance analysis. Knowledge of detection/estimation theory, missile defense, advanced signal processing and simulation analysis desired.

An "active" Secret or TS clearance is a plus.
