Of course. It fails like everything else. What I'm looking for is a way to get
SVC 26 to bypass the HSM intercept (IGG026DU) without permanently modifying
the system.

Keith, delete ... noscratch should avoid a recall attempt if issued by a
user authorised to the ARCCATGP group.
