I just moved. Before I moved, the monitor was working fine and now my
monitor is fuzzy. It is not only fuzzy but also dimmer. It is very
difficult to read. Is there something that I can do to fix it or has it
died?

Sounds like some capacitor died... Can you smell something out of it? Some
kind of burnt plastics smell or any kind of smell?

The most likely cause is that the monitor is old and extremely dusty... and
some of the crud in there has been bumped into a place where it isn't
welcome.
Open it up and clean it out thoroughly... then button it back together again
and see if things haven't improved.

bzzt!
maybe you need to warn people about the charge on the back of a monitor
tube **before** you tell them to open the case up, eh?
