Oncology focused R & D drug development biotechnology company in the
Pacific Northwest seeks a VP Sales and Marketing.
REQUIREMENTS:
BS and MBA preferred.
Extensive 10 year S & M background in big pharma or large cap at VP or very senior director level.
Must have launched biological product sales and built a sales organization.
Must be focused on commercialization.
Proven history developing and leading a sales force, preferably in oncology or haematology products.
Experience selling to health care facilities, pharma, biotech, physicians, distributors.
Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, presentation, management skills.
DUTIES:
Recruit and train sales force.
Successfully launch product(s).
Budgets, performance reports, strategy planning.
Permanent position.
