REQUIREMENTS:
BS + in Microbiology or nutrition/food related discipline.
4 years - QC/ QA leadership in the manufacture of food and vitamins.
Regulatory issues - GMP, SPC, HACCP (hazard analysis).
Preference for candidate from Colorado- Utah- surrounding area.
