That's about right for that part of HFX and for that size -- my parents'
friend just sold similar in same location for same price. Extreme north
end, by the MacKay Bridge. Nice area.

three years ago when condos in halifax were $60,000... the same condos are
selling for almost double that... how can you justify that??? I know all
about supply and demand but really....
anyway.. that's my two sense worth....
