Our client - fortune 500 - is currently looking for :
The SDLC & QA Governance group consists of a team of five, responsible
for implementation and rollout of the System Development Life Cycle
Methodology.
The Governance Analyst's core responsibility is the implementation
of
the methodology and validation of adherence to the methodology. The
position reports to the SDLC and QA Governance Manager.
· Thorough knowledge of the SDLC and Testing methodology, in order
to
be able to provide consultation and feedback on process and
procedures, as well as on the use of SDLC Templates, to SDS.
· Review project documentation for adherence to SDLC standards, and
for quality/thoroughness
· Reporting on the results of the reviews
· Champion the SDLC and update the methodology from time to time as
required
· Expertise on the use of SDLC Templates and methodology and able
to
audit the adherence to all SDLC standards and practices throughout
the
audited projects - Compliance auditing
· Determine and incorporate improvements to the methodology
procedures/tools and to the governance process.
· Keep in touch with the QA up to date trends and make appropriate
recommendations.
· Maintain ongoing contact with project leaders, business/systems
analysts, architecture representatives and developers to make sure
that the SDLC templates and processes are being used correctly
· Work with PMO to maintain consistency between the SDLC and PMLC as
new elements evolve in either methodology
· Develop and deliver training programs to facilitate the rollout of
SDLC
· Thorough knowledge and extensive experience of systems development
life cycle
· Strong analytical background
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to write reports
on reviewed projects
· Proficient with standard PC software applications such as Lotus
Notes, MS Office suite, PowerPoint
· Technical capability to understand architectural/technical design
· Ability to manage workload and competing prioritiesNice to Have:
