We are currently searching for an EBusiness Manager for an exceptional
company here in Toronto.
We are looking for exceptional technical/programming/architecture skills
along with great
people skills and management skills demonstrated by 3 years experience in an
Ebusiness management role.
The Technical Manager (EBusiness Area) will manage and support a team of
developers through
the project life cycle from design, implementation, testing, architecture
and maintenance of e-Business applications, including leading edge systems
within a SOLARIS/Java/J2EE/Weblogic/Oracle/Tuxedo/Struts environment. The
successful incumbent will assist in developing/delivering best practices
aligned with annual business goals. Work effectively with internal/external
stakeholders to ensure operational performance of technical/hosted systems
and develop development/technical policies that will improve overall
productivity.
We are looking for a rare combination of exceptional technical and
management skills - a successful system designer/developer with strong
management experience with the potential to grow within company. Our client
is looking for a min. of 3 years proven management experience within a
web-based/e-Business environment, 3 years large-scale project management
experience, J2EE for web applications: Java, XML, HTML, DHTML, Oracle,
Transaction Servers, Web logic (minimum 4 years) and Struts, SOLARIS and NT,
architectural design concepts such as scalability, fault tolerance and
concurrency, in a J2EE environment, Middle tier and back-end web experience
with back-end web experience including development and maintenance of
interfaces to Tuxedo and Oracle require and above all - exceptional people
skills, communication skills, managing skills, coaching and mentoring
skills, as well as building relationships and partnerships and collaborating
and building teamwork.
