It's an oftenly asked question but I cannot get help from any answer.
After resuming from full-screen mode (F11) I've lost all the menus.
I cannot switch the button bar on because Alt+V nor any Alt+[letter]
doesn't work. Only Alt+SPACE works. I even reinstalled Opera but no success.
How can I get back File, View, etc. menu bar, button bar? Any ideas?

Thank you, it really helped! I was confused by fact that I had already
installed build 2887 over the buggy one, but, of course, it did not
remove the "MenuBar" line from the ini file. So, everything is ok now.
Thanks again!
