The following page is displaying as plain text. If I take the
text and save it as "homepage.cfm" locally, it loads without
any problems. Any idea what would cause this?

Also, you might try enabling Preferences -> File types -> Determine action
by file extension if MIME type is unreliable.
I think it's on by default though.
