Why should the burrito eaters deny freedom to owners and customers to
transact as they would preform? To save a few eaters time while the
pumpers are needlessly delayed? Nice for you, bad for most. (And

When you reduce costs in a market that is free, prices tend to drop.

For the person who wishes only to buy gas (and maybe wash the
windshield or check the oil), it is faster most of the time, and never
slower.

For most people, it is more convenient not to have to wait for the
