One relates to a conduct that is arguably harmful to individuals and
to society.
The other relates to simple consensual business transaction with no
potential harm to others.
I prefer freedom for both, preferably enacted by the law-making
process of the state in which it applies.
I can handle a few states with loony laws. After all, I can always
move to another state!
