I see that you lead by example - NOT! Fact is, I don't hear any Indians clamoring for my land, or anything of that nature. I do hear the Kamath Indians asking for their water, and I firmly support their ownership of that water - do you?

How convenient for you. Sorry bozo, we're not talking laws here, we're talking about morals, and moral authority has a longer life than laws. You've just reduced your case to what a sleazy bottom dwelling lawyer could argue. Why am I not supprised you'd take that route? If it's immoral for Israel to steal land from the palestinians in 1948 or 1967 it was equally immoral for the Europeans to steal land from the native Americans in the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries, and for them to steal land from the Maoris and Aborigines as well. Laws have nothing to do with it, morality does. But it's telling that you choose to try to hide your theft behind the "law". Try again.

non sequitor, try again.

Fact is, you must be blind and deaf.

It's interesting that a man who blathers on about laws, blithely excuses the Arabs for the plethora of international laws they've ignored. Double standard? It's what we've come to expect from Leftwing Liberals. But, he DOES listen to North Africans who are clamoring for Israel's land,
claiming it belongs to "Palestinians" who never existed prior to Yasser Arafat's coining the term in 1967! Why won't he give his land back to the Indians? Double Standard? Really? Do point to what tribe is clamoring for Portland to be turned over to them (Casinos don't count).

Your one-liner dodges the question: "Do point to what tribe is clamoring for Portland to be turned over to them (Casinos don't count)."

Until you can address that issue, your "really" is just another neo-con lie.

Why don't casinos count?

Is there any other kind for the looney left?

Well, now he's arguing that he can't find any Indians asking for their land back. Well, yeah, if you kill them all off, of course there are none left to complain. Wonder what he'd say if the Israelis tried the sort of genocide that allows him to occupy stolen land without having to put up with complaints from the people his ancestors stole it from.

No, but there are several tribes currently laying claim to about two-thirds of New York State. Though I 'spect they'd be happy to take the money rather than the land.

Peace and justice,
