Good point that Martin is careful not to address. It's a typical rationalization by the lunatic fringe to justify their Israel-bashing.
Martin's pie-in-the-sky and pulled out of his hat assertions mean little. That he can continue to deny that the future of the so-called "Palestinians" has always been in their own hands, makes him intellectually dishonest but I'm not sure if it yet rises to the level of actual anti-Semitic racism.
I read a quote by another poster that crystallizes the Israel/Palestinian problem beautifully:

"If the Palestinians laid down their arms tomorrow, there would be no war. If the Israeli's laid down their arms, there would be no Israel".

Until Schatzer, Martin and their ilk recognize this conundrum that Israel faces, the endless cycle of violence will continue.............endlessly.

You are way off course again, Bill. I did address that point. It is a red herring. The United States of Palestine would make Israel stronger militarily, not weaker.
