I have never ever complained about a service before, but this time I
was really disappointed going to this eye clinic. The wait was long (over
one hour) and unfair. They have given priority to people that came in after
me that did not reserve. And I did not get an apology at all for this
complaint that would otherwise improve their services.
I would NOT recommend this clinic.
