Try this one - I was just given a personal brief on the system for the military a few days ago. Word has it the pyjamma people in the US and other places use them...

A paltry $17K will get you one of these Canadian made bad-boy SeCam camera systems... There is a fibre optic pin-hole attachment which will run you a little more. Base model is IR (no light) and visual spectrum. Not sure of the biking application - Hee Hee Hee!
