Project Description:
Interact with Applications Manager
Prepare a project plan for design, development, and unit testing
Co-ordination of meetings with key players
Manage the project deliverables and system development life cycle
Ensure code reviews and testing have been conducted
Experience Required:
Must have the following skills:
Minimum 15 years experience in Information Technology
Minimum 10 years experience working on new application development
projects
Minimum 2 years experience with Web based development
Experience at completing estimates for new custom development projects
Experience modeling business processes and documenting detailed system
requirements in medium to larger-scale IT projects using UML modeling
diagrams
Experience with Microsoft Visio for UML Modeling diagrams, MS Project
Experience performing QA (Code walkthrough, Ensuring adherence to
standards)
Experience with Web based development using either JAVA, HTML, or
DHTML
Experience in SOAP, DCOM, .NET framework, MS/MSF and VSS
Government experience
