- Must hold a valid Government of Canada "Enhanced Reliability" screening - Completed a minimum of 2 projects creating XML content with any DTD or schema within the last 4 years. Each project must be a minimum of 6 months in duration - Completed a minimum of 2 projects creating XSL style sheets within the past 4 years. Each project must be a minimum of 6 months in duration - Minimum 1 year using XML DTDs within the last 3 years - Minimum 1 year using XML schemas within the last 3 years - Completed a minimum of 2 projects using any version of Authorware,
ToolBook, Flash or Dreamweaver within the last 3 years. Each project must be a minimum of 6 months in duration - Completed a minimum of 2 projects creating SCORM content (any version).
Each project must be a minimum of 3 months in duration - Minimum 3 years developing and maintaining web content within the last 5
years - Minimum of 2 projects creating web sites utilizing JavaScript within the last 3 years
