Position: Value Manager
MANDATROY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must have experience as a Chief Information Officer.
2. Must have experience in Value Management.
RATED REQUIREMENTS:
1. Demonstrated experience as Chief Information Officer
2. Demonstrated experience in the Value Management function
3. Demonstrated experience as a management consultant providing Value
Management CIO or IM/IT consulting services and related advice to senior
management in the federal government or private sector.
Tasks and Deliverables
· Assist in the development and refinement of resource requirements
including staff, O&M and capital funding, tools, etc.
· Assist in the identification and engagement of staff for the Value
Management organization. This may include defining the terms of reference
for positions, identifying competencies and skill sets, and participating in
staffing activities.
· Provide training and coaching to new staff on the value management
function and processes.
· Assist in the preparation of business plans and budgets for the
Value Management organization.
· Review business plans and budgets of other organizational units and
provide comments and recommendations regarding their possible impact on
value management.
