Instructional Designers/Web Based Training

Location: Ottawa, Toronto
We are looking for experienced Instructional Designers who have the
skills to introduce web enabled learning portal.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience as a web-based
Instructional Designer. You will be required to work with the subject
matter expert and the Interface Designer. The following skills are
required:
- have implemented web-based training
- understanding of the overall instructional design development
processes
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- familiarity with web-based authoring tools
- knowledge in creating storyboards and design documents
- ability to read & write French/Spanish would be an asset
Education: Masters degree in Education or equivalent
