For those on the ride to Gananoque on Canada day who asked for the web address of the official Ontario map Here it is
http://www.mto.gov.on.ca/english/traveller/map/

I have found that if you print a map on glossy photo paper, it's less likely to smear if it gets wet.

Ok. Now, is there an Alberta map?

I've been desperately trying to find a "Great Biking Roads of Alberta"
(or equivelant) website... but I can't find any.

Sigh....

hey Jo, I think Wayne wanted the equvilant site in either English or French but only for roads in Quebec.

I think Alberta doesn't have enough roads to warrant a map ;-)

Don't listen to 'em Dave... as a misplaced Calgarian I can assure you there are plenty of bike worthy roads out there. Granted, most of them tend to sit on the western side of the province and into BC, but there are still lots' o options just south of Medicine Hat,
Lethbridge, Fort Macleod, et al. If you jump across the border into Montana the selection gets better yet.

You will definately have to make time for Banff and Jasper. Puts any of the roads we've got here to absolute shame. (sorry folks - but it's true) Make sure you bring someone who can haul yur ass outta there when times up - 'cause you likely will have a hard time leaving on your own.

Gawd I'm sooooo jealous....
