Well, it's a little late now... but I took the bike downtown, and
parked in the regular 'bikers spot' on York street. (Had to walk the
bike in though, as it was closed to traffic)
There's an above ground parkade there, and the vantage point for the
fireworks is brilliant!!!

on-ramp... was home in 10 minutes!
